icoone® facial session using a Robomicro handpiece by i-Tech Industries

The icoone® face menu is seven published items — anti-ageing and facelift, wrinkles, firming, defatiguing, toning, exfoliant, illuminating — delivered with Robomicro and Robomini handpieces. The dedicated Microfacial configuration takes that further: 17 handpieces and applicators, 8 actions across 7 zones, 22 programmes and 21 face protocols. Sessions retail at $150–$350 per i-Tech.

What runs a facial session on icoone®?

Roboderm® Multi Micro Alveolar Stimulation — up to 21,600 microstimulations a minute across a microstimulator surface that is 86% micro-holes, non-thermal, suitable for every skin type, no downtime. On the face that translates into a session a client can book at lunchtime before an evening event, which is exactly the booking pattern a facial menu wants. On icoone® Beauty and Laser Beauty the face work is done with the Robomicro handpiece and its six attachments plus the two Robomini; on the Microfacial there is a purpose-built applicator set.

What is the seven-item face menu?

Menu itemWhat the client is booking forNatural session length
Anti-ageing / faceliftSignature full-face session45–60 min
WrinklesTargeted focus work30–45 min
FirmingFace, neck and décolleté45–60 min
DefatiguingThe express and travel session20–30 min
ToningSeries anchor30–45 min
ExfoliantPrep or pairing item20–30 min
IlluminatingPre-event booking30–45 min

i-Tech’s named protocol Time Stop Face 30’ slots straight in as a bookable express item, and Instant Well Being 20’ works as a same-day add-on for a client already in the building for something else. Present these as i-Tech protocol names your menu can license.

What exactly does the Microfacial bring?

Four things a face-and-body console does not.

17 handpieces and applicators. Microskin in two sizes, the 650 nm LED Photodynamic handpiece, Microkiss in three sizes, Robomini and Robomicro. The three Microkiss sizes are what make lips and eye contour genuinely workable rather than approximated.

8 actions. Exfoliating, lifting, firming, defatiguing, remodelling, invigorating, illuminating and repulping. Each is a menu word your front desk can use in a booking conversation without inventing anything.

7 zones. Face, neck, décolleté, forehead, eye contour, lips and hands. Hands are the zone most facial menus forget and the one clients notice.

ICO-ONE skincare. An in-cabin line used during the session and a home line sold at the desk. That converts a service appointment into a service-plus-retail appointment, which changes average ticket without changing chair time.

Plus 22 programmes and 21 face protocols on the console itself.

How should the Microfacial menu be priced?

Sessions retail at $150–$350 per i-Tech. i-Tech publishes its own illustrative economics at 26 operating days:

Sessions/daySession priceMonthly billingsLess ≈ $1,269 paymentContribution
1$200$5,200−$1,269$3,931
2$250$13,000−$1,269$11,731
4$300$31,200−$1,269$29,931

i-Tech puts typical payback at four to five months and break-even at approximately five sessions a month against the financed payment. These are illustrative planning figures, not a forecast. The Microfacial is $58,000, ≈ $1,269/mo on a 60-month term at $0 down for qualified buyers, subject to applicant and provider approval; Founders’ 25 currently brings it to $50,000, ≈ $1,095/mo. Retail on the ICO-ONE home line sits on top. Full arithmetic in the investment planning guide and the ROI guide.

Should a facial-led practice buy the Microfacial or a face-and-body model?

Depends on the room you have and the menu you sell.

A skin clinic with facial bays and no body rooms buys the Microfacial. A spa with treatment rooms and a body-led clientele buys Beauty or Laser Beauty and runs face work with Robomicro. A practice that already has a body icoone® and wants to open a dedicated face room buys the Microfacial as a second device. The full comparison is in the configuration guide and across the aesthetic range.

What can a facial menu claim?

Describe the session and the technology. Roboderm® microstimulation, 21,600 microstimulations a minute, a 650 nm LED Photodynamic handpiece on the Microfacial, non-thermal, every skin type, no downtime, 30 to 60 minutes, best as a series. That framing is specific and entirely defensible.

On outcome figures, cite the manufacturer as the manufacturer. Per i-Tech Industries clinical evaluations: up to 79% reduction in wrinkle visibility, +77.4% increase in tissue oxygenation (Biomeca study) and 94% client satisfaction. Keep the attribution and the “up to”, and note that individual results vary.

On regulatory scope: the Microfacial carries no FDA wording and is a cosmetic aesthetic device. Only icoone® Laser Beauty (510(k) K182453) and Laser-Med (510(k) K211272) carry cleared indications, and those four are relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite — body language, not facial claims. The scope guide covers this properly. Every icoone® is CE marked and ISO 13485.

What next?

Training is included on every full-price device and covers the applicator set, the programme library, consultation and hygiene — see training. The 90-Day Launch Program fills the first 90 days of the calendar. Pricing sits on icoone® cost and financing; availability, territory and the fact that fewer than 100 icoone® devices are installed in the U.S. run through DNA Distribution. Questions buyers ask

What is on the icoone® face menu?

+

Seven published items: anti-ageing and facelift, wrinkles, firming, defatiguing, toning, exfoliant and illuminating. All are delivered with Robomicro and Robomini handpieces on the face-and-body configurations, or with the Microfacial's dedicated 17-piece applicator set.

What makes the Microfacial different from a face session on icoone® Beauty?

+

The Microfacial is face-only and purpose-built: 17 handpieces and applicators, 22 programmes, 21 face protocols, 8 actions across 7 zones, a 650 nm LED Photodynamic handpiece and the ICO-ONE skincare line. icoone® Beauty runs face and body on 11 handpieces and 24 programmes.

Which zones does the Microfacial cover?

+

Seven: face, neck, décolleté, forehead, eye contour, lips and hands. The Microkiss applicators in three sizes and Microskin in two sizes are what make small, precise zones like lips and eye contour workable.

What do facial sessions retail for?

+

$150 to $350 per i-Tech. Where you sit inside that band depends on your market, session length and whether the session is sold single or as part of a series. These are illustrative planning figures, not a guarantee of local pricing.

Are there disposables on a Microfacial session?

+

No cartridges or disposables to replace. The ICO-ONE skincare line is used in-cabin and also sold as a home line, so the product side of the session is retail revenue rather than a consumable cost.
