Therapist running an icoone® body session with Roboderm® handpieces

What is included

Certification training with every device, on both lines

Not a webinar link emailed after delivery. A scheduled certification session, delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer’s curriculum, timed around your installation.

icoone®

Certification per the i-Tech curriculum

icoone® certification training is delivered by DNA Distribution per the i-Tech Industries curriculum. It covers the Roboderm® handpieces on your configuration and how each is applied, the pre-set programmes, the exclusive two-hand symmetrical application, the client body suit workflow, hygiene and routine maintenance, and how to translate the manufacturer’s protocols into a menu your front desk can sell.

On the laser-equipped configurations — Laser Beauty and Laser-Med — training additionally covers safe operation of the 915 nm laser and 650 nm LED handpieces and the four labeled indications those two models are cleared for.

Cryoskin®

Session training for body, skin and face

Cryoskin® session training covers body, skin and facial sessions on the Cryoskin® Revolution: wand technique and pacing, the four static heads on the Full Unit, conductive gel application, the 10-inch Android touch screen and console workflow, cleaning, hygiene and routine maintenance.

It also covers the commercial half — how a 20–28-minute session fits your room turnover, how to price it, and how to talk about the experience with a client so that the first booking becomes a rebooking. Delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer’s curriculum. See the Dynamic and Full Unit model pages.

On-site or remote

Two formats, one curriculum

On-site

A DNA Distribution trainer comes to your practice and runs the certification in the room where the device will live, with your operator, your table, your lighting and your booking flow. The advantage is not ceremony — it is that every awkward practical detail gets solved on the day: where the console sits, how the cable runs, how the room resets between clients, how the session fits the gap your schedule actually has.

Remote

Live video training against the same curriculum, with the device in front of your team and a trainer on screen. It suits practices where travel is impractical, teams that want to split training across two shorter sessions, and staff added after the original certification. It is the same content and the same certification, not a lesser version.

Either way, training is scheduled around your delivery date rather than after it. Delivery and installation timing is typically weeks and is confirmed at order, and your success manager books the training window as soon as that date is fixed — so the device is not sitting in a room waiting for someone to be qualified to switch it on.

Onboarding week

What the week of installation looks like

Five things happen, in this order, and your success manager owns all of them.

  1. 01

    Pre-delivery call

Room, power, table position, cable runs and storage are agreed before the freight arrives, along with who is being certified and when. Nothing about the install should be a surprise on the day.

  2. 02

    Delivery and installation

The device is delivered and installed — both are included in the purchase price. Timing is typically weeks from order and is confirmed at order rather than promised loosely on a first call.

  3. 03

    Certification training

On-site or remote, against the manufacturer’s curriculum, with the people who will actually operate the console. Handpieces, programmes, hygiene, maintenance and the session menu.

  4. 04

    Menu and pricing build

Your success manager works your protocols into a sellable menu with prices that fit your market — which is also the pricing the 90-Day Launch Program will advertise, so it needs to be right before ads go live.

  5. 05

    Marketing go-live

The 90-Day Launch Program starts: managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend, running until 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first. Your first bookings arrive against a trained, certified room.

  6. 06

    First-weeks check-ins

Scheduled calls through the opening weeks — session pacing, rebooking language, console questions, and whatever the first twenty real clients surface that no training room ever does.

After launch

What ongoing support actually consists of

Support is a named person and a working phone number, not a ticket queue you discover the first time something goes wrong.

A dedicated success manager

One named person, assigned at purchase, who knows your configuration, your menu and your operator. They run onboarding, they sit across the 90-Day Launch Program, and they stay available when it ends. You are not re-explaining your practice to a new voice every quarter.

Remote diagnostics on Cryoskin® Revolution

The Cryoskin® Revolution is WiFi-enabled with remote diagnostics, so a question about console behaviour can often be looked at without anybody travelling anywhere. It is the difference between an afternoon and a week.

Manufacturer warranty

A 2-year device warranty on the Cryoskin® Revolution; the manufacturer warranty on icoone® from I-Tech Industries. Warranty terms are stated in your written purchase agreement, which governs.

Parts and accessories

Consumables, accessories and replacement parts are available through shop.dnadistribution.us. Cryoskin® routine operation uses low-cost conductive gel; icoone® body sessions use a client body suit — there are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace.

Additional staff training

Practices hire. When a new operator joins, remote training against the same curriculum is how they get certified without waiting for a national training calendar.

Business support, not just technical

Menu questions, pricing questions, rebooking language, open-house planning. The device is the easy part; the room around it is where practices actually struggle, and that is where a success manager earns their place.

Alba answers instantly; a specialist follows up within minutes during business hours (9–7 ET).

The other half of onboarding

Training fills the operator. The launch program fills the schedule.

90-Day Launch Program

Pay full price — we fund your first 90 days of ads and marketing.

Training and support questions

Is training included in the price?

+

Yes, on every device. Certification training is delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer’s curriculum and is included in the purchase price of all seven models, alongside shipping, installation, warranty and the 90-Day Launch Program. It is not an add-on, a package upgrade or a per-head charge.

Is training on-site or remote?

+

Either, and we schedule it around your installation date. On-site training puts a DNA Distribution trainer in your room with your device, your operator and your actual client flow. Remote training runs live over video against the same curriculum for practices where travel does not make sense. Both end in certification for the staff who complete them.

How many people can we train?

+

Bring the team who will actually run the device — the operator or operators, and whoever manages the room. We would rather certify three people who will use the console than one who becomes a single point of failure the first time somebody takes a holiday. Discuss numbers with your success manager before the session is scheduled.

What does icoone® certification cover?

+

icoone® certification is delivered by DNA Distribution per the i-Tech Industries curriculum: the Roboderm® handpieces and how each is applied, the pre-set programmes on your configuration, two-hand application, the body suit workflow, hygiene and maintenance, and how to build a session menu from the manufacturer’s protocols. Laser configurations additionally cover the labeled indications and safe operation of the laser and LED handpieces.

What does Cryoskin® training cover?

+

Cryoskin® session training covers body, skin and facial sessions: the wand technique, the static heads on the Full Unit, gel application, the 10-inch Android touch screen and console workflow, hygiene, cleaning and routine maintenance, plus how to structure and price a session menu. It is delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer’s curriculum.

What support do we get after training?

+

A dedicated success manager who knows your room by name, remote diagnostics on the WiFi-enabled Cryoskin® Revolution, the manufacturer warranty on your device — 2 years on Cryoskin® Revolution — and parts and accessories through shop.dnadistribution.us. Alba and the team answer during business hours, 9–7 ET, and the success manager relationship does not end with the 90-Day Launch Program.

Do we need a medical director to operate?

+

It depends on the configuration and on your state. Cryoskin® is a non-invasive cosmetic aesthetic spa device, and the aesthetic icoone® configurations are run by trained estheticians and spa therapists in most settings. The icoone® Medical and Laser-Med configurations, with their 16 medical programmes, belong in clinical settings under appropriate supervision. Confirm your own state licensing rules before you open a menu — that is your responsibility, not ours, and we will not tell you otherwise.

Regulatory scope

Cryoskin® is intended solely for non-invasive cosmetic aesthetic use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a treatment for obesity or weight loss. Individual results vary.

FDA-cleared wording on this site applies only to the laser-equipped icoone® configurations — icoone® Laser Beauty (510(k) K182453) and icoone® Laser-Med (510(k) K211272) — and only to their four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Non-laser icoone® configurations and icoone® Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
