No named U.S. clients appear here unless they have asked to be listed.

The rule
Why this page is shorter than a competitor’s
Every distributor in this industry has a logo wall. Most of them are borrowed. Ours is borrowed too — the difference is that we say so on the same screen.
There is a move in aesthetic device marketing that works on almost everybody. A distributor reproduces the manufacturer's list of global installations — five-star hotel groups, famous clinics, luxury resorts — under a heading like “our partners”, and lets the reader draw the obvious conclusion. Nothing false was written. Something false was communicated.
We do not do it, and we have made the labelling structural rather than optional: every reference list on this site carries the manufacturer's name and the phrase that these are installations worldwide, not DNA Distribution clients. If you catch us breaking that anywhere on this site, tell us and we will fix it the same day.
The consequence is that this page has fewer names than it could. We think the trade is worth it. A buyer spending $39,990 to $89,000 is entitled to know which claims are the manufacturer's and which are ours, because that distinction is exactly the one that gets blurred when a sale is close.

The last of those four numbers is the interesting one for an American buyer. Against 7,000+ centers worldwide, there are fewer than 100 icoone® devices in the United States — which means that in most U.S. cities the first icoone® practice has not opened yet, and the position available to a buyer here is scarcity rather than commodity. 210+ luxury cruise ships through OneSpaWorld across 21 cruise lines; House of Elemis in London; Harrods; and 5,000+ devices in 50+ countries as reported by the manufacturer. We use those figures as written and no larger ones.
Cruise and department-store procurement is worth more as evidence than most editorial coverage, because those buyers carry the operational risk themselves. A device that fails mid-voyage, or that guests do not rebook, is an expensive problem for an operator running twenty-one lines. Their diligence is deeper than any single practice can afford, and the conclusion is legitimately borrowable. The device is covered on the Cryoskin® Revolution page.

If your practice bought a Cryoskin® Revolution or an icoone® from DNA Distribution and you would like to be listed here, ask. Email info@dnadistribution.us, or tell your success manager, and we will add exactly what you approve — practice name, city, configuration — and nothing else. Listings can be changed or removed at any time, by you, without a conversation about it.
Nobody is added by default. We think a distributor that converts its buyers into marketing assets without asking has told you something important about how it will treat the rest of your information, and we would rather have a shorter page than be that company.
Being listed also has a practical use for you: buyers researching a purchase frequently ask to speak to someone already running the device, and a listed practice is where those conversations start. That is a favour, not an obligation, and it is entirely yours to decline.

Are the names on this page your clients?

No, and we label them accordingly. The icoone® reference wall is i-Tech Industries’ own published list of worldwide installations, and the Cryoskin® placements are the manufacturer’s. They are evidence about the devices, not about DNA Distribution’s customer list, and presenting them as ours would be dishonest.
Why do you not name U.S. clients?

Because we do not publish a client name unless the client has asked to be listed, and because a distributor that quietly turns its buyers into marketing assets is not one you would want handling your own information. Practices that want to be listed can ask; nobody is added by default.
Can my practice be listed as a DNA partner?

Yes, if you are a DNA Distribution client and you want to be. Email info@dnadistribution.us or tell your success manager, and we will add your practice with whatever detail you approve — name, city, configuration — and nothing you have not approved. It stays your listing, and you can have it removed at any time.
Who are the manufacturer partners?

Two. Cryoskin® Paris of Lyon, France, which makes the Cryoskin® Revolution and lists DNA Distribution as its North American distributor. And I-Tech Industries S.r.l. of Bologna, Italy, which makes icoone® and holds the Roboderm® patent granted in 2008 to its CEO, Gianfranco Tudico.

Cryoskin® is intended solely for non-invasive cosmetic aesthetic use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a treatment for obesity or weight loss. Individual results vary.
FDA-cleared wording on this site applies only to the laser-equipped icoone® configurations — icoone® Laser Beauty (510(k) K182453) and icoone® Laser-Med (510(k) K211272) — and only to their four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Non-laser icoone® configurations and icoone® Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
