Most in-person visits run about an hour: the device, your questions, pricing and payment options, and an honest read on which model belongs in your rooms.

Virtual demo on a video call
A scheduled video call, typically 30 to 45 minutes, with a specialist and the device in front of them. You watch the console, the handpieces and a live session, and interrupt with questions whenever you like. Afterwards you get public pricing and payment options in writing.
It is genuinely a demonstration, not a deck. If the specialist cannot show you something on camera, they will say so rather than talk around it.

Open-house event support is part of the 90-Day Launch Program, included with every full-price purchase. We help you plan, promote and staff a launch event so your own clients see and feel the device in your room, on your menu, at your prices.

Booked, prepared, specific. We would rather spend the time on your rooms than on a company introduction you did not ask for.

Book a 15-minute discovery call
Before the demo we want the basics: how many rooms, what is on your menu now, who would operate the device, and roughly where your price ceiling sits. Fifteen minutes here makes the demo twice as useful.

We prepare the right configuration
Seven models exist and they are not interchangeable. We set up the one that matches your menu — face-only, face and body, laser, or the Cryoskin® wand and static heads — rather than showing you the most expensive console in the room.

The demonstration
In person or on video: the console, the handpieces, a session run in real time, hygiene and maintenance, and how the room resets between clients. Ask about anything, including the things vendors usually skip.

Pricing and payment, in writing
Public pricing is already on this site, and you leave with the specific numbers for your configuration: price, illustrative monthly on a 60-month term at $0 down for qualified buyers, and exactly what is included.

The 3-way financing call, if you want it

Order, delivery, training, launch
Delivery and installation timing is typically weeks and is confirmed at order. Certification training is scheduled around your delivery date, and marketing go-live follows — starting the 90-day clock.
What you will actually see
Sessions, handpieces, consoles
Two things surprise most buyers at a demo, and neither is visible on a specification sheet. The first is how a session actually feels to the person on the table, which determines whether they rebook — and rebooking, not the first appointment, is what pays for a device. The second is room workflow: where the console lives, how long the reset takes, whether one operator can run the session comfortably for a full day.
Bring the person who will operate the device if you can. They will ask better questions than you will, and their comfort with the console matters more to your schedule than any feature comparison. How many rooms, and what is in them now?
A device that cannot be given a room is a device that will not be booked. We would rather find that out at a demo than at delivery.
Who operates it?
Trained estheticians and spa therapists run the aesthetic configurations; the icoone® Medical and Laser-Med programmes belong in clinical settings under appropriate supervision. Confirm your own state licensing rules.
What does a session sell for in your market?
The payment is fixed. The session price is not. Together they decide how many bookings a month make the device comfortable — which is the only ROI question worth asking.
Face, body, or both?
The icoone® Microfacial is face-only. Beauty, Laser Beauty, Medical and Laser-Med are face and body. Cryoskin® Revolution runs body, skin and facial sessions, with hands-free static heads on the Full Unit.
What is your timeline?
Delivery and installation typically take weeks and are confirmed at order. Training is scheduled around delivery, and the 90-day marketing clock starts at go-live, not at signature.
How will you fill the schedule?
If the honest answer is "we have not worked that out", say so. It is the most common answer and it is exactly what the 90-Day Launch Program exists to solve.

Can I try a session on myself?

That is the point of coming in. Tell us which configuration you are considering when you book — Cryoskin® Revolution, or one of the icoone® models — and we will have it ready. Experiencing the device yourself answers questions about pacing, comfort and room workflow that no specification sheet can.
I am not in Florida. What are my options?

Three. A live virtual demo on a video call, where a specialist runs the console on camera and answers questions in real time. A visit to Miami Beach, which many out-of-state buyers combine with other travel. Or the open-house route: for buyers who move forward, we bring the device to your practice for a launch event as part of the 90-Day Launch Program.
What is the virtual demo actually like?

Do you demo at trade shows?

We do not publish trade-show dates here unless they are confirmed, and none are confirmed at the time of writing. If you are planning around a specific event, call (305) 563-3366 and ask — we would rather tell you honestly that we are not exhibiting than have you plan travel around a listing that was never real.
Is there any obligation?

None. A demo is a demo. You will get public pricing — which is already on this site — and a straight answer about financing and what is included. If the configuration is wrong for your practice we will tell you that too, because selling somebody the wrong device is how a distributor loses the next five referrals.
