The short answer
How buying an icoone® in the U.S. actually works
No mystery, no gate. Here is the whole commercial shape of the purchase in one block.
icoone® is manufactured by I-Tech Industries S.r.l. in Bologna, Italy, and is sold in the United States through authorized distributors rather than direct from the factory. DNA Distribution is an authorized U.S. distributor with exclusivity in Florida. Buyers elsewhere in the country are served by us as an authorized distributor on identical published terms.
Five configurations are sold here: the face-only Microfacial at $58,000, Beauty at $79,000, Laser Beauty at $85,000, Medical at $87,000 and the flagship Laser-Med at $89,000. Financed over 60 months at $0 down for qualified buyers, that runs from ≈ $1,270 to ≈ $1,948 a month, subject to applicant and provider approval.
Every price includes certification training delivered by DNA Distribution per the i-Tech curriculum, shipping, installation, the manufacturer warranty, a dedicated success manager, open-house event support and the 90-Day Launch Program — fully managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend. We do not discount; the margin funds the launch instead.
The full technical case for the platform — Roboderm®, Multi Micro Alveolar Stimulation, the studies and the results archive — is on the icoone® overview. This page is about the transaction.
Why authorization matters
What travels with an authorized purchase — and what does not travel with anything else
The console is the same object in every case. Everything that makes it a working business asset is attached to the authorization, not to the hardware.
Manufacturer warranty
The i-Tech Industries warranty applies to a device sold through an authorized channel. A grey-market or private-party console typically carries none of it, which turns an ordinary service event into an open-ended cost on an $85,000 machine.
Certification training per the i-Tech curriculum
Delivered by DNA Distribution against the manufacturer’s own curriculum: handpieces, programmes, two-hand application, the body suit workflow, hygiene and maintenance. Uncertified operators are the fastest route to poor sessions and non-rebooking clients.
Current software and the correct handpieces
Configurations differ in handpieces and programmes — 11 handpieces and 24 programmes on Beauty, 40 programmes on Medical, 17 handpieces on the Microfacial. Authorized supply means the right set for your configuration and current software, not whatever came with a used unit.
The 90-Day Launch Program
$10,000 of program value: managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend across 90 days, on full-price purchases. This exists nowhere else in the used or brokered market, for the obvious reason that nobody funds marketing on a device they are not making margin on.
A direct manufacturer relationship
When something genuinely needs Bologna — a technical question, a parts question, a software question — an authorized distributor has the channel to ask. A broker has an email address they found once.
Parts, accessories and body suits
Ongoing supply through shop.dnadistribution.us. There are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace on icoone®; body sessions use a client body suit, which is the one recurring item.
There is a version of this purchase that looks cheaper on a spreadsheet: a used console found through a broker, no training, no warranty, no launch support. We have watched it play out enough times to describe the ending. The device arrives, nobody is certified, the menu is priced by guesswork, the first clients get an average session and do not rebook, and eighteen months later the machine is for sale again — this time by you, at a worse price, to somebody about to make the same decision.
The verification step is easy, and you should apply it to us as readily as to anyone else. Ask any distributor to show you their listing on the manufacturer's own domain. Cryoskin International lists DNA Distribution as its North American distributor, with Dasha Varshavski as the contact, at cryoskin-international.com/distributors. The product stage
Five configurations, one Roboderm® core
The technology is identical in every unit. What changes is face-only versus face and body, whether the laser and LED handpieces are fitted, and whether the 16 medical programmes are included.

The flagship: medical practices that want laser + LED and the cleared indications
See the model →How buyers actually choose. Facial-led menus — skin clinics, hotel spas adding a signature facial, practices whose rooms are already full of body work — take the Microfacial at $58,000, or $50,000 under Founders' 25 for the first 25 U.S. owners. Med spas building face and body programs take Laser Beauty at $85,000, which is the most common choice in this range because it carries the laser and LED handpieces and the cleared indications. Practices operating under medical supervision that want the 16 medical programmes take Medical or the flagship Laser-Med.

Regulatory clarity
Exactly what is cleared, and on which models
FDA 510(k) K182453 / K211272
Four labeled indications — laser-equipped configurations only
icoone® Laser Beauty and icoone® Laser-Med are cleared by the U.S. FDA for exactly these four indications, stated as labeled:
- 1Relief of minor muscle aches and pain
- 2Relief of muscle spasms
- 3Temporary improvement of local blood circulation
- 4Temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite
Source: K182453 (icoone® Laser Beauty) · K211272 (icoone® Laser-Med). Non-laser configurations and icoone® Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
We state this on every icoone® page because it is the claim most often stretched in this market. Two configurations carry 510(k) clearance, for four indications, as labeled. The others are professional cosmetic aesthetic devices and we do not represent them as FDA-cleared.
How buying works
Six steps from first call to a funded launch
Nothing here is a surprise, and nothing is discovered at the end. This is the sequence every DNA Distribution buyer goes through.
- 01
A 15-minute discovery call
Rooms, menu, operator, ceiling. From four answers we can usually tell you which of the five configurations fits, what it costs and what the payment looks like. If none of them fit your practice, we say so on this call rather than three weeks later.
- 02
A demo — Miami Beach or video
By appointment at 6000 Collins Ave with the configuration you asked about set up and ready, or live on video with a specialist running the console on camera. Bring the person who will operate it; they ask better questions than the person signing.
- 03
Financing on a 3-way call
You, your DNA specialist and Brickhouse Financial on one call: a 60-month equipment term loan, $0 down for qualified buyers, around 11.3% APR, subject to approval. Terms, qualification and the full document list are settled in a single conversation.
- 04
Deposit and order
The written purchase agreement states the configuration, the price, exactly what is included and the delivery expectation. Read the inclusions and the launch program terms before you sign; both are printed in full on this site already.
- 05
Delivery, installation and certification training
Freight and installation are in the price, and timing is typically weeks, confirmed at order. Certification training — per the i-Tech curriculum, on-site or remote — is scheduled around your delivery date, not after it.
- 06
The 90-Day Launch Program
Marketing go-live starts the clock: managed ads, landing page, funnel, CRM, same-day lead response and appointment setting, plus up to $2,500 of ad spend, running until 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first.
Detail on each stage: demos, pricing and financing, the financing guide, training and support, the launch program.
Territory
Florida exclusivity, and what happens in the other 49 states
In Florida
icoone® exclusivity
DNA Distribution holds icoone® exclusivity in Florida. For a Florida practice that means one distributor, one published price list and one support relationship — not three brokers quoting different numbers on the same console, and not a warranty question that turns into an argument about who sold it to you.
It also means we are local. Miami Beach is a drive for much of the state, demos are by appointment at 6000 Collins Ave, and on-site training and open-house support are genuinely on-site rather than a flight and a scheduling problem.
Elsewhere in the United States
Served as an authorized distributor
Outside Florida we serve buyers as an authorized U.S. distributor of icoone®, on identical published terms: same pricing, the same certification training per the i-Tech curriculum, the same manufacturer warranty, the same 90-Day Launch Program and the same dedicated success manager.
Training is delivered on-site or live remotely, and support is remote-first either way. We sell across all 50 states and Canada, and roughly nothing about the package changes with your zip code.
The relationship, stated once and never bent: “DNA Distribution is the exclusive North American distributor of Cryoskin® and an authorized U.S. distributor of icoone®, with icoone® exclusivity in Florida.”
The market position
Fewer than 100 icoone® devices in the United States
This is the part of the argument that expires. It is true now and it will not be true indefinitely.
Consider what the alternative looks like. In the established mechanised-massage category, thousands of units are already installed across American metros, and a practice buying into it arrives as the fourth or fifth provider in a five-mile radius with nothing to say except a lower price. That is a hard business to run and a harder one to defend.
icoone® in the U.S. is the inverse. Worldwide it is in 7,000+ centers and performs 6M+ sessions a year, and it sits in Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Aman and Dior Spa properties. In the United States there are fewer than 100 devices. The luxury credibility already exists; the local saturation does not. In most cities you would be the first practice in your market to offer it — and being first with a device that already has that reference wall behind it is a genuinely rare combination.
We are stating this plainly because it is a perishable advantage rather than a permanent one, and a buyer deserves to know which kind they are being offered.

Buying icoone® — questions
How do I buy an icoone® in the United States?
+
Through an authorized distributor. DNA Distribution is an authorized U.S. distributor of icoone® with exclusivity in Florida, and sells five configurations from $58,000 to $89,000. The sequence is a 15-minute discovery call, a demo in Miami Beach or on video, financing on a 3-way call with the lender, a deposit, delivery with certification training, and then the 90-Day Launch Program.
Why buy from an authorized distributor rather than a broker or a used unit?
+
Five things travel with the authorization and nothing else: the manufacturer warranty, certification training per the i-Tech curriculum, current software and the correct handpieces for your configuration, the 90-Day Launch Program, and a direct relationship with i-Tech Industries when something needs the factory. A grey-market console is a machine; it is not any of that.
What does each icoone® configuration cost?
+
icoone® Microfacial $58,000 (Founders’ 25: $50,000 for the first 25 U.S. owners); Beauty $79,000; Laser Beauty $85,000; Medical $87,000; Laser-Med $89,000. Financed over 60 months at $0 down for qualified buyers, roughly $1,269 to $1,948 a month, subject to applicant and provider approval.
What does “Florida exclusivity” mean for me?
+
In Florida, DNA Distribution is the only route to a new icoone® — one distributor, one price list, one support relationship. Elsewhere in the United States we serve you as an authorized distributor on the same published terms: same pricing, same included training, same warranty, same 90-Day Launch Program.
Which icoone® models are FDA-cleared?
+
Only the two laser-equipped configurations. icoone® Laser Beauty is cleared under 510(k) K182453 and icoone® Laser-Med under 510(k) K211272, for four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Beauty, Medical and the Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
How many icoone® devices are already in the U.S.?
+
Fewer than 100, against 7,000+ centers worldwide in 40+ countries. In most American markets nobody has opened an icoone® practice yet. That is a materially different competitive position from entering a category where thousands of comparable units already compete on price in every metro.
How long from order to first client?
+
Delivery and installation typically take weeks and the date is confirmed at order. Certification training is scheduled around that date rather than after it, and marketing go-live follows — which is when the 90-day clock starts. So a shipping delay never consumes your launch program.
Regulatory scope
FDA-cleared wording on this site applies only to the laser-equipped icoone® configurations — icoone® Laser Beauty (510(k) K182453) and icoone® Laser-Med (510(k) K211272) — and only to their four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Non-laser icoone® configurations and icoone® Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
