90-Day Launch Program

Pay full price — we fund your first 90 days of ads and marketing.

$10,000 program value, on us (managed marketing + up to $2,500 ad spend).

  • Paid ads built and managed by our team, up to $2,500 ad spend included
  • Landing page, funnel and CRM configured for your practice
  • Same-day lead response with Alba and our appointment setters
  • Runs until 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first

*Full-price device purchases only; not combinable with promotions, discounts, or demo units. Includes fully managed marketing and an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. Program runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first. Requires Launch Playbook participation (our pricing, creatives, funnel, same-day lead response).

Those three lines are the offer as it appears in your paperwork. The headline is “Pay full price — we fund your first 90 days of ads and marketing.” The value line is “$10,000 program value, on us (managed marketing + up to $2,500 ad spend).” And the footnote — the part most vendors would set in four-point type — is printed above in full, on this page, before we have asked you for anything.

Read it now rather than at signature. It states four things that matter: the program is for full-price purchases only, it is not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units, it includes managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend across 90 days, and it runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first — with Launch Playbook participation required.

Why this exists

Why we fund marketing instead of cutting the price

A discount is a one-time transfer to the buyer. A funded launch is a working schedule. Only one of those still matters in month four.

Every device distributor in this industry eventually meets the same objection, and every one of them reaches for the same answer: take a few thousand off. It closes the deal. It also does nothing for the problem the buyer actually has, which is not the sticker price — it is an expensive room with no one booked into it.

A practice that saves $5,000 on a purchase and then spends three months figuring out ads is worse off than a practice that paid full price and had a funded, managed launch from the week the device landed. The payment is fixed either way. The difference is whether the schedule fills before the first four invoices come due.

So we do not discount, and we are direct about why. The money that would have been a discount is spent on your behalf, on your market, under our management, with the ad budget included and the results visible to you in the CRM we configure. If you would rather have the discount, we are honestly not the right distributor for you.

What we build

Everything that gets built for your practice, at our cost

Paid ads, built and managed

Campaigns written, designed, launched and managed by our team across the platforms that actually produce bookings for aesthetic practices. Creative, targeting, budget pacing and optimisation are ours to run — you approve, we operate.

Ad spend, included

Up to $2,500 of media budget across the 90 days is funded by DNA Distribution, not billed to you. You are not asked to put a card down to start.

A landing page for your practice

Not a generic template with your logo dropped in. A page built around your location, your menu, your offer and your booking flow, so the traffic we buy has somewhere credible to land.

The funnel behind it

Offer, form, confirmation, reminder and follow-up sequences, wired end to end. This is the part practices most often skip and most often lose money to.

CRM configured

Your pipeline, stages, fields and automations set up properly so a lead cannot fall through a gap. You can see every enquiry, its source and its status, from day one.

Alba, same-day response

Alba answers new leads instantly by text so nobody waits for business hours, and a specialist follows up within minutes during 9–7 ET. Speed of first reply is the single largest lever on booking rate.

Appointment setting

Our team works the enquiries into booked appointments on your calendar, so your front desk inherits a schedule rather than a list of names to chase.

Open-house event support

Planning, promotion and staffing support for a launch event, so the device is demonstrated to a room of real prospects in its first weeks instead of sitting unused.

Every item above is included in the program value. None of it is billed separately, and none of it is contingent on you buying an upgrade later. Certification training and ongoing support are separate inclusions that ship with the device itself.

Week by week

How the 90 days actually run

Four phases. Setup, go-live, optimisation, hand-off. Nothing about this is left to be figured out once the device is in the room.

Phase 1 · Week 1

  1. 01

    Kickoff and intake

Your success manager takes your market, your menu, your pricing, your room capacity and your operator’s schedule. We agree the offer we are going to run and the calendar we are going to fill against it.

  2. 02

    Build week

Landing page, funnel, CRM pipeline, forms, automations and lead routing are built and tested. Tracking is installed so every enquiry is attributable from the first day rather than reconstructed later.

  3. 03

    Creative and approval

Ad creative and copy are produced for your practice and put in front of you. You approve; we do not run anything you have not seen. Alba and appointment setting are configured against your real availability.

Phase 2 · Week 2 — marketing go-live

  1. 01

    Ads live

Campaigns launch. The 90-day clock starts here, at marketing go-live, not at contract signature and not at delivery — which is why installation delays never eat into your program.

  2. 02

    First leads, first replies

Alba responds to every new enquiry immediately by text; a specialist follows within minutes during business hours, 9–7 ET. Appointment setting begins on the same day the first lead arrives.

  3. 03

    Baseline reporting

Cost per lead, cost per booked appointment and show rate are established in your CRM so that weeks 3 to 8 have something honest to optimise against.

Phase 3 · Weeks 3–8 — optimisation

  1. 01

    Creative and audience iteration

Underperforming creative is replaced, audiences are narrowed or widened, and budget is moved toward whatever is producing booked appointments rather than clicks. This is the work the $10,000 of program value mostly buys.

  2. 02

    Offer and funnel tuning

If the funnel is leaking between enquiry and booking, we fix the funnel. If the offer is not landing in your market, we adjust it with you — inside the Launch Playbook, so pricing stays consistent.

  3. 03

    Open house

Most practices run their launch event in this window, with our support on promotion and staffing. It is the fastest way to convert a warm list into a booked week.

Phase 4 · Weeks 9–13 — hand-off

  1. 01

    Your team takes the controls

We move from operating to coaching. Your staff run the daily lead response and booking flow with us watching, so nothing changes hands on the last day of the program.

  2. 02

    Documentation and access

You keep the landing page, the funnel, the CRM configuration, the creative and the audience learnings. Access and credentials are yours, documented in writing.

  3. 03

    Program close and next steps

The program ends at 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first. Your success manager stays available afterwards, and support does not stop when the marketing program does.

The stop condition

What “up to 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first” means

It is a scope, stated plainly, so that both sides know when the program is finished.

Read literally, the clause does two jobs. First, it starts the clock at marketing go-live — the week the ads turn on — rather than at contract signature. A shipping delay, a build-out, a licensing wait: none of those consume your 90 days. Second, it says the program ends at whichever of two events arrives first: 30 booked paying clients, or day 90.

If your market responds fast and 30 booked paying clients arrive in week six, the program has done what it was built to do and it closes there. If bookings come slowly, the program still runs the full 90 days and the full ad budget is still spent on your behalf. What the clause does not do — and we want this to be unambiguous — is promise you 30 clients. It is a ceiling and a stop condition. Nothing on this page, in our ads, or on a call with our team should ever be presented to you as a promise of a specific number of clients, and if it ever is, tell us and we will correct it.

The honest version of the offer is this: we fund and run a professional launch for 90 days, at our cost, because a full schedule is worth more to you than a discount and because we would rather earn the next referral than the next few thousand dollars. What happens in your rooms after that depends on your market, your pricing, your staff and your follow-through — none of which a distributor controls.

Eligibility

Full-price purchases only — and why that rule is not negotiable

The program is available on full-price device purchases only. It is not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units. That is the first line of the written terms and it is the load-bearing one.

The reason is arithmetic rather than policy. The program costs us real money — media budget, a marketing team, an appointment-setting team and a success manager for three months. It is funded out of the margin on a full-price sale. Discount the device and the program cannot be funded; run both and one of them becomes a fiction. So we ask you to choose, and we tell you which one we think is worth more.

Every model qualifies on the same basis at its published price: the Cryoskin® Revolution Dynamic at $39,990, the Full Unit, the icoone® Microfacial, Beauty, Laser Beauty at $85,000, Medical and Laser-Med. Eligibility for your specific order is confirmed in the written purchase agreement, which governs.

Launch Playbook participation — required

The four conditions

  • Our pricing. The offer runs at the price we have seen convert. Re-pricing the offer mid-flight invalidates the data the campaign is optimising on.
  • Our creatives. The ads we produce, run as produced. You approve them before launch; swapping them for something made in-house mid-campaign resets the learning.
  • Our funnel. Traffic goes to the page and the flow we built. Redirecting paid traffic to a general website page is the most common way a launch is wasted.
  • Same-day lead response. Every enquiry answered the day it arrives. Alba and our setters carry most of this, but your team has to hold the last mile.

Stated verbatim in the terms as: “Requires Launch Playbook participation (our pricing, creatives, funnel, same-day lead response).”

90-Day Launch Program questions

What exactly do I get?

+

Fully managed marketing for 90 days and an ad budget of up to $2,500, stated as $10,000 of program value. That covers paid ads built and run by our team, a landing page and funnel for your practice, CRM configuration, same-day lead response with Alba, appointment setting, support for a launch open house and a dedicated success manager. You pay full price for the device; the program is included.

What does “up to 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first” mean?

+

It defines when the program stops, not what you are owed. The program runs from marketing go-live and ends at whichever arrives first: 30 booked paying clients, or day 90. If bookings arrive quickly the program has done its job and closes early; if they do not, it still runs the full 90 days. It is a scope and a stop condition, stated in writing.

Who is eligible?

+

Full-price device purchases only. The program is not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units — which is the whole reason we do not discount. Both lines qualify on the same basis: any Cryoskin® Revolution configuration or any icoone® configuration bought at published price. Eligibility is confirmed in your written purchase agreement.

What is the Launch Playbook and why is participation required?

+

The Launch Playbook is the four things that have to be true for paid marketing to work: our pricing on the offer, our creatives in the ads, our funnel behind them, and same-day response to every lead. If a practice changes the price, swaps the creative, routes leads to a form nobody watches or replies on Tuesday to a Friday enquiry, the spend is wasted. Participation is a written condition of the program.

Do I have to spend my own money on ads?

+

Not during the program. The included budget is up to $2,500 of ad spend across the 90 days, on us, alongside the managed marketing. Many practices choose to add their own budget on top once they see cost per booking — that is your decision, not a condition, and your success manager will tell you plainly whether it is worth it in your market.

What happens on day 91?

+

You keep everything that was built: the landing page, the funnel, the CRM configuration, the creative and the audience learnings. Weeks 9 to 13 are deliberately a hand-off, so your team is running the machine before we step back. Your success manager stays available after the program ends, and support does not expire with it.

Is this a promise of results?

+

No, and we will not describe it as one. It is a funded, scoped marketing program with written terms: managed marketing, up to $2,500 of ad spend, running from go-live until 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first, conditional on Launch Playbook participation. Outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, your operations and your follow-through.
