Buying, pricing and financing

Prices are published on this site. These answers cover the terms around them — the loan, the qualification, what is in the box and how long it takes to arrive.

Buying questions

How much do the devices cost?

+

Seven models, all published. Cryoskin® Revolution Dynamic $39,990; Cryoskin® Revolution Full Unit $59,990; icoone® Microfacial $58,000; icoone® Beauty $79,000; icoone® Laser Beauty $85,000; icoone® Medical $87,000; icoone® Laser-Med $89,000. Nothing is behind a form, and the price you see is the price we quote.

What is the monthly payment?

+

On a 60-month equipment term loan at $0 down for qualified buyers, roughly $875 to $1,948 a month depending on the model: ≈ $875 on the Cryoskin® Dynamic, ≈ $1,313 on the Full Unit, ≈ $1,269 on the icoone® Microfacial, ≈ $1,730 on Beauty, ≈ $1,860 on Laser Beauty, ≈ $1,904 on Medical and ≈ $1,948 on Laser-Med. All figures are illustrative and subject to applicant and provider approval.

Who is the lender and what are the terms?

+

DNA Distribution works with Brickhouse Financial on an equipment term loan: 60 months, $0 down for qualified buyers, around 11.3% APR. It is a loan, not a lease — you own the device from the start. We do not underwrite, approve or decline anything; the lender does, and every figure on this site is subject to applicant qualifications and independent provider approval.

Do I qualify?

+

Typical qualification is two or more years in business, a 670+ credit profile and $8,000 or more in monthly business deposits. Meet all three and approval is usually straightforward. Startups are reviewed case by case, with liquidity and tax returns weighed more heavily and the personal guarantee carrying more weight. Say up front if your file is unusual — it saves a fortnight.

What speeds up the financing?

+

The 3-way call. You, your DNA Distribution specialist and the lender on the line at the same time, so terms, qualification and the complete document list are settled in a single conversation instead of three days of forwarded email. The delay in most transactions is not underwriting; it is a document nobody told you about.

What is included with every full-price device?

+

Certification training, shipping, installation, warranty — a 2-year device warranty on Cryoskin® Revolution and the manufacturer warranty on icoone® — the 90-Day Launch Program, a dedicated success manager and open-house event support. What is included on your specific order is stated in your written purchase agreement, which governs.

How long does delivery and installation take?

+

Typically weeks, and the date is confirmed at order rather than guessed at on a first call. Certification training is then scheduled around that delivery date, not after it, so the device is not sitting in a room waiting for somebody to be qualified to switch it on. Marketing go-live follows training.

Do you discount?

+

No, and we are direct about why. The money that would be a discount funds the 90-Day Launch Program instead: $10,000 of program value, fully managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend. A discount is a one-time transfer to the buyer; a funded launch is a working schedule, and only one of those is still helping you in month four.

Is there any current promotion?

+

Founders’ 25 on the icoone® Microfacial: the first 25 U.S. owners buy at $50,000 instead of $58,000 — approximately $1,095 a month rather than $1,269 on the same 60-month, $0-down terms, subject to approval. It applies to the Microfacial only and to no other configuration on either line.

Do you sell outside Florida?

+

Yes — all 50 states and Canada. DNA Distribution is the exclusive North American distributor of Cryoskin® and an authorized U.S. distributor of icoone®, with icoone® exclusivity in Florida. A buyer in Oregon or Ontario is served by us as an authorized distributor on the same terms as a buyer in Miami.

Can I see a device before I buy?

+

Three ways. By appointment at our Miami Beach showroom, 6000 Collins Ave, with the configuration you asked about set up and ready. Live on a video call with a specialist running the console on camera. Or, once you are a client, at your own launch open house, which is supported as part of the 90-Day Launch Program.

Group two

Cryoskin® Revolution

A French cryo-thermal aesthetic spa device for body, skin and facial sessions. What it is, what a session is like, who runs it, and the honest regulatory answer.

Cryoskin® questions

What is Cryoskin®?

+

Cryoskin® Revolution is a cryo-thermal aesthetic spa device made in Lyon, France by Cryoskin® Paris and distributed in North America exclusively by DNA Distribution. It offers body, skin and facial sessions in a relaxing warm-and-cool experience, with no suction cups and no downtime. It is intended solely for non-invasive cosmetic aesthetic use.

What is a session like?

+

A Cryoskin® session is a relaxing warm-and-cool experience that runs 20 to 28 minutes. The operator moves the wand over the area with a thin layer of conductive gel, or places the static heads and lets the console run hands-free. There are no suction cups and no downtime — clients go straight back to their day, and skin looks firmer, smoother and more radiant afterwards.

What is the difference between the Dynamic and the Full Unit?

+

The Cryoskin® Revolution Dynamic ($39,990) is the handheld wand: body, skin and facial sessions run by one operator. The Full Unit ($59,990) adds four static heads, so one room can run a hands-free static session alongside a wand session. The Full Unit suits higher-volume rooms; the Dynamic suits a single operator opening a new menu.

Who can operate a Cryoskin® Revolution?

+

Trained estheticians and spa staff. Cryoskin® is a non-invasive cosmetic aesthetic spa device, so a medical director is not required in the great majority of settings. Certification training is included with every device and delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer’s curriculum. Confirm your own state licensing rules before you open a menu — that part is yours to check.

Are there consumables?

+

No cartridges, tips or applicators to replace. Routine operation uses low-cost conductive gel, which is available through shop.dnadistribution.us alongside accessories and parts. That is a meaningful difference from device categories where every session carries a disposable cost that quietly eats the margin.

What warranty comes with it?

+

A 2-year device warranty on the Cryoskin® Revolution, plus remote diagnostics — the console is WiFi-enabled, so console questions can often be looked at without anyone travelling. Warranty terms are stated in your written purchase agreement. Parts and accessories are available through our shop.

Is Cryoskin® FDA cleared?

+

No. Cryoskin® is a non-invasive cosmetic aesthetic spa device and is not represented as FDA-cleared, and DNA Distribution makes no medical claims for it. FDA 510(k) clearance on this site applies only to the two laser-equipped icoone® configurations, K182453 and K211272. Our full answer, including why the honest version matters, is at /is-cryoskin-fda-cleared.

Where is Cryoskin® used?

+

The manufacturer reports 5,000+ devices in 50+ countries. Placements include 210+ luxury cruise ships through OneSpaWorld across 21 cruise lines, House of Elemis in London, and Harrods. Those are unusually demanding environments — a cruise ship spa cannot carry a device that fails at sea, and Harrods does not put a machine on its floor speculatively.

Should I buy a used Cryoskin 3.0 or 4.0 instead?

+

A used unit from a private party comes with no manufacturer warranty, no certification training, no software or remote diagnostics, no launch marketing and no authorized-distributor support. A new Cryoskin® Revolution from DNA Distribution carries all of those plus manufacturer recognition — Cryoskin International lists DNA Distribution on cryoskin-international.com.

Group three

icoone®

An Italian robotic microstimulation platform in seven configurations, five of them sold here. Configurations, clearances, consumables, the Microfacial and training.

icoone® questions

What is icoone®?

+

icoone® is a robotic microstimulation platform made in Bologna, Italy by I-Tech Industries. Its patented Roboderm® system delivers Multi Micro Alveolar Stimulation — up to 21,600 microstimulations per minute from rollers whose surface is 86% micro-holes — in the only two-hand symmetrical application on the market. i-Tech reports 7,000+ centers in 40+ countries.

What are the configurations?

+

Five are sold in the U.S. through DNA Distribution: Microfacial ($58,000, face only), Beauty ($79,000, face and body, no laser), Laser Beauty ($85,000, adds 915 nm laser and 650 nm LED), Medical ($87,000, 40 programmes including 16 medical, no laser) and Laser-Med ($89,000, the flagship — 40 programmes plus laser and LED). The core Roboderm® technology is identical in all of them.

Which icoone® models are FDA-cleared, and for what?

+

Only the laser-equipped configurations. icoone® Laser Beauty is cleared under 510(k) K182453 and icoone® Laser-Med under 510(k) K211272, for exactly four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. The non-laser Beauty and Medical and the Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.

Are there consumables on icoone®?

+

There are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace. Body sessions use a client body suit, which is the one recurring item on the body configurations — so we will not tell you the running cost is zero. On the Microfacial there are no cartridges or disposables to replace at all. Body suits and accessories come through shop.dnadistribution.us.

What is the icoone® Microfacial?

+

A face-only configuration combining Roboderm® microstimulation, a 650 nm LED Photodynamic handpiece and the ICO-ONE skincare line, which adds in-cabin and take-home retail revenue. It covers seven zones — face, neck, décolleté, forehead, eye contour, lips and hands — with 22 programmes, 21 face protocols and 17 handpieces and applicators, at $58,000 (Founders’ 25: $50,000).

Who operates icoone®?

+

Trained estheticians and spa therapists run the Beauty, Laser Beauty and Microfacial programs. The Medical and Laser-Med configurations add 16 medical programmes and belong in physical-therapy, chiropractic, plastic-surgery and clinical settings under appropriate supervision. Certification training is included with every device, delivered by DNA Distribution per the i-Tech curriculum.

What does icoone® training cover?

+

Per the i-Tech Industries curriculum: the Roboderm® handpieces on your configuration and how each is applied, the pre-set programmes, two-hand symmetrical application, the body suit workflow, hygiene and maintenance, and building a sellable session menu from the manufacturer’s protocols. Laser configurations additionally cover the laser and LED handpieces and the four labeled indications.

How many icoone® devices are in the United States?

+

Fewer than 100, against an installed base of 7,000+ centers worldwide. In most American markets the first icoone® practice has not opened yet — which is a genuinely different competitive position from buying into a category where thousands of similar units already compete on price in every metro.

Which icoone® should a med spa buy?

+

Most med spas start with Laser Beauty at $85,000: face and body, 24 programmes, 11 handpieces, the laser and LED, and the cleared indications. Facial-led menus take the Microfacial at $58,000. Practices under medical supervision that want the 16 medical programmes take Laser-Med at $89,000. Book a call and we will map it to your menu rather than guess.

FDA 510(k) K182453 / K211272

Four labeled indications — laser-equipped configurations only

icoone® Laser Beauty and icoone® Laser-Med are cleared by the U.S. FDA for exactly these four indications, stated as labeled:

  1. 1Relief of minor muscle aches and pain
  2. 2Relief of muscle spasms
  3. 3Temporary improvement of local blood circulation
  4. 4Temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite

The 90-Day Launch Program

What is funded, what the stop condition means, who is eligible, and what the Launch Playbook requires of you.

Launch program questions

What is the 90-Day Launch Program?

+

Fully managed marketing plus an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days, stated as $10,000 of program value, included with every full-price device purchase. It covers paid ads, a landing page and funnel, CRM configuration, same-day lead response with Alba, appointment setting, open-house support and a dedicated success manager.

What does “up to 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first” mean?

+

It is the scope and stop condition, not an entitlement. The program runs from marketing go-live and ends at whichever arrives first: 30 booked paying clients, or day 90. If bookings come fast the program closes early; if they do not, it still runs the full 90 days and the full ad budget is still spent on your behalf. It is not a promise of a specific number of clients.

Who is eligible?

+

Full-price device purchases only, on either line. It is not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units. That condition is load-bearing rather than decorative: the program is funded out of the margin on a full-price sale, so discounting the device and running the program cannot both happen.

What is the Launch Playbook requirement?

+

Four written conditions: our pricing on the offer, our creatives in the ads, our funnel behind them, and same-day response to every lead. Re-pricing mid-flight, swapping creative, redirecting paid traffic to a general web page, or letting enquiries sit until Tuesday are the four reliable ways to waste a launch, and participation is a condition of the program.

What happens when the 90 days end?

+

You keep the landing page, the funnel, the CRM configuration, the creative and the audience learnings, with access and credentials documented. Weeks 9 to 13 are a deliberate hand-off so your team is already running the machine before we step back, and your success manager stays available afterwards.

The written terms in full are on the 90-Day Launch Program page.

Group five

Training, support and verification

What happens after the device lands, and how to check that a distributor is who it says it is.

Support questions

Is training really included?

+

Yes, on all seven models, delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer’s curriculum, on-site in your room or live remotely. It is not an upsell, a package tier or a per-head charge, and it is scheduled around your installation date rather than after it. Additional staff can be certified remotely later as you hire.

What ongoing support do I get?

+

A dedicated success manager who knows your configuration and your room by name, remote diagnostics on the WiFi-enabled Cryoskin® Revolution, the manufacturer warranty on your device, and parts and accessories through shop.dnadistribution.us. Business hours are 9–7 ET Monday to Friday; Alba answers instantly outside them.

How do I verify DNA Distribution is a real distributor?

+

Cryoskin International lists DNA Distribution as its North American distributor on cryoskin-international.com/distributors, with Dasha Varshavski as the contact and (305) 563-3366 as the number. Ask every distributor you speak to for the equivalent — a page on the manufacturer’s own domain with their name on it. It costs thirty seconds.
