Pricing as of Sep 2026. *Financing is subject to applicant qualifications and independent provider approval. Illustrative monthly figures assume a 60-month term with $0 down for qualified buyers. Every full-price device includes training, shipping, installation, warranty and the 90-Day Launch Program (written terms apply).
What the money buys
What is inside the price, and what is not
Device pricing in this industry is often quoted bare, with training, installation and marketing sold back to you afterwards. Ours is not.
Included with every full-price icoone®
- Certification training for your therapists, delivered by DNA Distribution before your first paying client.
- Shipping and installation — the device arrives, is installed and is commissioned in your room.
- Manufacturer warranty from I-Tech Industries.
- The 90-Day Launch Program — $10,000 of program value: fully managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend across 90 days, running from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first.
- A dedicated success manager for the life of the relationship.
- Open-house event support to fill your launch week from your existing client list.
Launch Program terms: full-price device purchases only; not combinable with promotions, discounts, or demo units. Requires Launch Playbook participation (our pricing, creatives, funnel, same-day lead response).
What you still budget for
- Client body suits for body sessions. This is the real consumable on the platform and it scales with volume, so put it in your model per client rather than per month.
- Your operator's time. A two-hand robotic session is still a staffed session.
- Marketing after day 90. The Launch Program funds the start, not the year.
- Room and utilities, as with any device.
What you do not budget for
- No tips, cartridges or applicators to replace on any icoone® configuration.
- No per-session licence fees.
- No cartridges or disposables to replace on the Microfacial at all.
Cost of ownership
What 24 months actually costs
The useful comparison is not sticker price. It is what leaves your account over the first two years, and what you would have paid for the same things separately.
| Configuration | Price | Illustrative monthly* | 24 months of payments* | Cash purchase |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| icoone® Microfacial | $58,000 | ≈ $1,270/mo | ≈ $30,480 | $58,000 on delivery, no financing cost |
| icoone® Beauty | $79,000 | ≈ $1,729/mo | ≈ $41,496 | $79,000 on delivery, no financing cost |
| icoone® Laser Beauty | $85,000 | ≈ $1,860/mo | ≈ $44,640 | $85,000 on delivery, no financing cost |
| icoone® Medical | $87,000 | ≈ $1,904/mo | ≈ $45,696 | $87,000 on delivery, no financing cost |
| icoone® Laser-Med | $89,000 | ≈ $1,948/mo | ≈ $46,752 | $89,000 on delivery, no financing cost |
*Illustrative only. Financing is subject to applicant qualifications and independent provider approval; monthly figures assume a 60-month equipment term loan at $0 down for qualified buyers and around 11.3% APR. A 60-month loan runs beyond 24 months — the column above shows the first two years of payments, not the total of the loan. Discuss the purchase structure with your tax advisor.
Financing versus cash. Financing preserves working capital and matches the cost of the device to the revenue it produces, month by month. Cash avoids finance cost entirely. Most buyers finance, because a device that has to earn its payment tends to be scheduled harder than one that is already paid for — and because the payment is a known number you can model against a session price.
What is not in the table. Body suits, your operator's time, your marketing after day 90, room and utilities. Training, shipping, installation, warranty and the first 90 days of marketing already sit inside the purchase price, so they do not reappear as line items later.
Section 179 and depreciation. Buyers ask about this constantly. We are not qualified to give tax advice and will not — discuss the treatment of an equipment purchase with your tax advisor before you assume anything about it.

Qualification
Who gets approved, and what the lender asks for
Financing runs through Brickhouse Financial on a 60-month equipment term loan, $0 down for qualified buyers, at around 11.3% APR. Here is the honest picture of who qualifies.
- 01
Typical qualification
Two or more years in business, a 670+ credit profile, and $8,000+ in monthly deposits. Meet those three and approval is usually straightforward, though everything remains subject to applicant qualifications and independent provider approval.
- 02
Startups
Reviewed case by case. Expect the lender to look at liquidity and tax returns, and to weigh the strength of the personal guarantee more heavily. It is not a no — it is a different conversation, and it is worth having early.
- 03
The 3-way call
The fastest route is a short call with you, your DNA specialist and the lender on the line at once. Questions get answered where everyone can hear them, and terms are confirmed in one pass instead of three days of email.

Economics
Model the payment against a session price
A payment is only meaningful next to a session price and a realistic number of bookings. Set the planner to what your market actually supports. It deducts the illustrative financed payment and consumables and nothing else — not staff, rent, marketing or taxes — and it assumes no particular utilisation.
For a body configuration, remember to put the body-suit cost into the consumables slider.
Illustrative session-economics planner
Illustration, not a forecast or financing quoteAssumption: sessions/day × price × operating days, minus an illustrative 60-month, $0-down payment (factor 0.02188 per dollar financed, subject to approval) and consumables. Does not deduct staff, rent, marketing or taxes, and does not assume utilization. Not a guarantee, projection, or promise of earnings; actual results depend on your market, pricing and operations.

Regulatory
What is cleared, on which configuration, and at what price
FDA 510(k) K182453 / K211272
Four labeled indications — laser-equipped configurations only
icoone® Laser Beauty and icoone® Laser-Med are cleared by the U.S. FDA for exactly these four indications, stated as labeled:
- 1Relief of minor muscle aches and pain
- 2Relief of muscle spasms
- 3Temporary improvement of local blood circulation
- 4Temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite
Source: K182453 (icoone® Laser Beauty) · K211272 (icoone® Laser-Med). Non-laser configurations and icoone® Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
The clearance is part of the price difference
The gap between icoone® Beauty at $79,000 and icoone® Laser Beauty at $85,000 is the 915 nm laser and 650 nm LED handpieces — and 510(k) K182453 with its four labeled indications. That is roughly $131 a month of difference on a 60-month term.
If the cleared indications matter to your marketing or your practice type, that gap is the cheapest part of this purchase. If they do not, the laser-free Beauty is the full mechanical platform at a lower payment.
Non-laser Beauty, Medical and the Microfacial are not represented as FDA-cleared.
The real comparison
Why price is not how you should choose this device
Every configuration on this page is expensive. The question worth asking is what the price buys that a cheaper device cannot.
Installed base. 7,000+ centers, 40+ countries, 6M+ sessions a year, 800,000+ clients. A platform proven at that scale is not an experiment you are running on your own clients.
Scarcity. fewer than 100 devices exist in the United States. In most American metros the first icoone® practice has not opened. First-to-market means you set the price and name the protocol instead of matching someone else's.
The reference wall. Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Aman, Chanel, Six Senses, Peninsula, St. Regis, Belmond, Waldorf Astoria, Equinox Hotel New York, SHA Wellness Clinic, Clinique La Prairie, Dior Spa at The Lana. Those are icoone® installations worldwide published by i-Tech, not DNA Distribution clients — but an association like that is not something a discount can buy.
The launch. A cheaper device with no marketing behind it is a slower device. The 90-Day Launch Program is $10,000 of value we spend on filling your schedule, which is the variable that actually decides whether the payment is comfortable.

Is there a discount on the Microfacial?
+
Yes — Founders’ 25. The first 25 U.S. owners of the icoone® Microfacial pay $50,000 instead of $58,000, which is roughly $1,095 a month instead of $1,269 on the same 60-month, $0-down terms, subject to approval. Body sessions use a client body suit, so budget suits per client. There are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace on any icoone® configuration, and no per-session licence fees. The icoone® Microfacial has no cartridges or disposables to replace at all, and adds the ICO-ONE skincare line as in-cabin and take-home retail revenue.

Most med spas buy icoone® Laser Beauty at $85,000: face and body, 24 programmes, 11 handpieces, the laser and LED handpieces and 510(k) K182453 with its four labeled indications. Facial-led menus buy the Microfacial at $58,000. Practices under medical supervision that want the 16 medical programmes buy Medical at $87,000 or Laser-Med at $89,000.
