DNA Distribution brings two European aesthetic device makers to North America.

Here is the failure mode we built the company around. A practice buys a premium device. It arrives. Somebody watches a video. Nobody is properly certified, the menu is priced by guesswork, no marketing exists, and four months later there is a five-figure annual payment attached to a machine that is used twice a week. The device was never the problem. The absence of everything else was.

So the price of every device we sell includes certification training delivered by DNA Distribution per the manufacturer's curriculum, shipping, installation, warranty, a dedicated success manager, open-house event support and the 90-Day Launch Program — fully managed marketing plus up to $2,500 of ad spend, running from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or day 90, whichever comes first, on full-price purchases only.

That last condition is the one we get argued with about, and we hold it. We do not discount premium devices to close deals. A discount is a one-time transfer to the buyer; a funded launch is a working schedule, and only one of those is still doing anything for you in month four. If you would rather have the discount, we will say plainly that we are not the right distributor for you, and that is a better outcome for both of us than a sale we have to apologise for later.

The rest of our commercial posture follows from the same instinct. We publish every price on this site rather than gating it behind a form. We print the financing term next to every monthly figure, because a payment without a term is not information. We write out the launch program's footnote in full on its own page instead of hiding it under an asterisk. And we tell buyers when a configuration is wrong for them, because in a market this small the next five referrals are worth more than this one order.
