An icoone® is a $58,000 to $89,000 capital decision with a monthly payment between roughly $1,269 and $1,948 on a 60-month term. The useful question is not the sticker but the gap between the payment and what the room bills. This guide lays out the five prices, the actual loan terms, what comes in the box, and how to build a payback illustration you can defend.

What does each icoone® configuration cost?

ModelPrice≈ monthly (60 mo, $0 down, qualified)ProgrammesHandpieces
icoone® Microfacial$58,000≈ $1,269/mo22 programmes · 21 face protocols17
icoone® Beauty$79,000≈ $1,730/mo2411
icoone® Laser Beauty$85,000≈ $1,860/mo2411
icoone® Medical$87,000≈ $1,904/mo40 (24 aesthetic + 16 medical)11
icoone® Laser-Med$89,000≈ $1,948/mo40 (24 aesthetic + 16 medical)11

Founders’ 25 currently brings the Microfacial to $50,000, ≈ $1,095/mo on the same terms. Every monthly figure here assumes 60 months, $0 down, qualified buyers, and is subject to applicant and provider approval. Full model-by-model pricing sits on icoone® cost.

What are the real financing terms?

Financing runs through Brickhouse Financial as an equipment term loan: 60 months, $0 down for qualified buyers, approximately 11.3% APR. Qualification typically means two or more years in business, 670+ credit and $8,000+ in monthly deposits. Startups are reviewed case by case rather than declined outright. Nothing here is a commitment — every figure is subject to applicant and provider approval, and a monthly number quoted without its term is not a real number. The application path and documentation checklist are on financing and the longer financing guide.

What is actually included?

On full-price device purchases, the price includes training, shipping, installation, manufacturer warranty, the 90-Day Launch Program, a dedicated success manager and open-house event support.

The 90-Day Launch Program is the piece buyers most often underestimate: pay full price and we fund your first 90 days of ads and marketing — $10,000 program value, on us, comprising fully managed marketing and an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. It runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first, and requires Launch Playbook participation: our pricing, creatives, funnel and same-day lead response. Full-price device purchases only; not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units. That last clause is the trade-off to weigh against Founders’ 25 on the Microfacial.

Training is included and covers handpieces, the programme library, Grip 1/2/3 modes, consultation and hygiene protocol — see training for the curriculum.

How do I build a payback illustration?

The arithmetic is deliberately simple, and it should stay simple, because every added assumption is another thing that can be wrong:

(sessions per day × session price × operating days) − monthly payment = monthly contribution before staffing and rent.

Use 26 operating days. Use a session price inside the $150–$350 band i-Tech reports for icoone® sessions. Then look at three scenarios rather than one, because the middle scenario is the one you will actually plan against.

Illustrative: icoone® Beauty at $79,000 (≈ $1,730/mo)

Sessions/daySession priceMonthly billings (26 days)Less paymentContribution
2$200$10,400−$1,730$8,670
3$250$19,500−$1,730$17,770
5$300$39,000−$1,730$37,270

At $250 a session, roughly seven sessions a month cover the payment. Everything above that is contribution toward therapist cost, room cost and profit.

Illustrative: icoone® Microfacial at $58,000 (≈ $1,269/mo)

i-Tech publishes its own illustrative economics for the Microfacial at 26 operating days: 1 session a day at $200 is $5,200 a month; 2 a day at $250 is $13,000; 4 a day at $300 is $31,200. i-Tech puts typical payback at four to five months and break-even at approximately five sessions a month against the financed payment.

Sessions/daySession priceMonthly billings (26 days)Less payment (≈ $1,269)Contribution
1$200$5,200−$1,269$3,931
2$250$13,000−$1,269$11,731
4$300$31,200−$1,269$29,931

Every figure in both tables is illustrative only. They are planning arithmetic, not a forecast and not a promise of revenue. Your own numbers depend on your market, your pricing, your booking rate and your staffing. The ROI guide runs the same structure across the whole catalogue.

What changes the math more than the price does?

Three things, in order.

Consumables. Body sessions use a client body suit; there are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace, and the Microfacial has no cartridges or disposables to replace. On a device that bills per-treatment consumables, six sessions a day across 26 days can quietly remove more than the monthly payment from your gross. This line item, not the sticker price, is where five-year cost separates.

Utilisation. The difference between two and four sessions a day is worth far more than the $10,000 between two configurations. That is exactly what the 90-Day Launch Program is designed to attack — the first 90 days of bookings, not the purchase.

Retail attach. With the Microfacial, the ICO-ONE skincare line runs in-cabin and as a home line, adding retail revenue on top of session revenue in the same appointment.

Which configuration should the money go to?

Buy the configuration that matches the menu you will actually sell, then check the regulatory line. icoone® Laser Beauty (510(k) K182453) and icoone® Laser-Med (510(k) K211272) are cleared for four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. The non-laser Beauty and Medical configurations and the Microfacial carry no FDA wording and are positioned as cosmetic aesthetic. All are CE marked and ISO 13485.

Face-led practices start at the Microfacial. Face-and-body spas look at the aesthetic range. Clinical practices look at Medical and Laser-Med. Comparing against a cryo-thermal spa device?
