The 90-Day Launch Program: Written Terms, Explained
The 90-Day Launch Program in full: $10,000 in program value, up to $2,500 ad spend, 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, and what DNA Distribution builds week by week.

Most device purchases fail on the schedule, not the hardware. The 90-Day Launch Program exists because of that: pay full price for a device and DNA Distribution funds your first 90 days of ads and marketing — $10,000 in program value, fully managed marketing plus an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. It runs until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first.
What are the exact written terms?
Here they are as they appear on every quote, unedited:
Full-price device purchases only; not combinable with promotions, discounts, or demo units. Includes fully managed marketing and an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. Program runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first. Requires Launch Playbook participation (our pricing, creatives, funnel, same-day lead response).
Read the third sentence carefully, because it is the one people paraphrase incorrectly. The program has two end conditions and either one closes it: thirty booked paying clients, or ninety days. Whichever arrives first.
Is this a guarantee?
No. It is not a guarantee, and we will not describe it as one — including in a conversation where saying so would help close a sale.
What we are committing to is spend, work and a defined term: our marketing team, our creative, up to $2,500 of ad budget, and ninety days of managed delivery beginning at marketing go-live. What we cannot commit to is your market’s response, because we do not control your pricing discipline, your front desk, your reviews or how fast you call a lead back. Programs that promise an outcome they do not control end in arguments; this one is written so both sides know exactly what was purchased.
The counterweight is that we are spending our own money on your schedule before you have billed a session. That is a real alignment of interest, and it is a more honest one than a promise.
What does DNA Distribution actually build?
Six things, all of them assets you keep.
A landing page and booking funnel. Built around one device and one offer, not your whole menu. Menus convert browsers; a single offer converts buyers.
Ad creative and copy. Manufacturer-supplied imagery and our own, written to the structure we run for this category and to the language each brand requires.
Managed ad delivery. Up to $2,500 of ad spend across the 90 days, run by our team, with the targeting and budget decisions made by people who run these campaigns continuously rather than occasionally.
An offer and price structure. This is the part buyers most want to override and should not. The Launch Playbook pricing is designed so a first session converts into a package rather than a discount habit.
Same-day lead-response workflow. Inbound leads answered instantly, with a specialist follow-up within minutes during business hours. Speed to first contact does more for booked-appointment rate than any other single lever in this business.
Open-house event support. If you want an opening event, we help build it — invitation, offer, and the room flow that turns attendance into bookings.
A dedicated success manager runs the program with you. That is a person on calls, not a PDF.
What happens week by week?
| Phase | What happens |
|---|---|
| Before delivery | Onboarding call, offer and pricing set, funnel and landing page built, ad accounts and tracking connected |
| Week 1 | Marketing go-live; the 90-day clock starts. Ads live, lead-response workflow active, staff briefed on the booking script |
| Weeks 2–4 | Creative and audience iteration against real lead cost; first sessions run; review-request process starts |
| Weeks 5–8 | Budget shifts toward what is converting; package and rebooking conversion becomes the focus rather than lead volume |
| Weeks 9–13 | Retention and referral emphasis; handover plan for the ongoing marketing you will run after the program ends |
Note where the 90-day clock starts. It begins at marketing go-live, not at purchase and not at delivery — which is why onboarding runs before the crate lands. A practice that delays its onboarding call is only delaying its own start.
Who is eligible, and who is not?
Eligible: full-price purchases of Cryoskin® Revolution or any icoone® configuration, where the practice will participate in the Launch Playbook.
Not eligible: discounted units, demo units, and any purchase using a promotion. That includes Founders’ 25 on the icoone® Microfacial, which brings it to $50,000, ≈ $1,095/mo against the standard $58,000, ≈ $1,269/mo. That is a genuine either/or, and it is worth doing the arithmetic rather than reaching for the discount reflexively: $8,000 off the price against a $10,000 marketing program aimed at your first thirty bookings.
Also worth stating plainly: Launch Playbook participation is a requirement, not a suggestion. Our pricing, our creatives, our funnel, same-day lead response. A practice that intends to run its own offer and answer leads the next morning should decline the program rather than join it and dilute it.
Which devices, and at what price?
| Device | Price | ≈ monthly (60 mo, $0 down, qualified) |
|---|---|---|
| Cryoskin® Revolution Dynamic | $39,990 | ≈ $875/mo |
| Cryoskin® Revolution Full Unit | $59,990 | ≈ $1,313/mo |
| icoone® Microfacial | $58,000 | ≈ $1,269/mo |
| icoone® Beauty | $79,000 | ≈ $1,730/mo |
| icoone® Laser Beauty | $85,000 | ≈ $1,860/mo |
| icoone® Medical | $87,000 | ≈ $1,904/mo |
| icoone® Laser-Med | $89,000 | ≈ $1,948/mo |
All monthly figures assume a 60-month equipment term loan, $0 down for qualified buyers, subject to applicant and provider approval. See financing, Cryoskin® cost and icoone® cost.
What else comes with a full-price device?
Training, shipping, installation, a two-year device warranty on Cryoskin® or the manufacturer warranty on icoone®, the 90-Day Launch Program itself, a dedicated success manager and open-house event support. The training curriculum is described on training, and the program page carries the terms in full at launch program.
If you are still choosing between platforms, start at Cryoskin® or icoone®, or read icoone® vs Cryoskin®. When you want the program mapped to your own market and calendar, book a discovery call.
Questions buyers ask
What exactly is the 90-Day Launch Program?

Pay full price for a device and DNA Distribution funds your first 90 days of ads and marketing: $10,000 in program value, comprising fully managed marketing and an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. It runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first.
Is this a guarantee of 30 clients?
+
No. It is not a guarantee and we do not describe it as one. The program is a defined term: it runs until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first. If bookings arrive quickly the program concludes early; if they do not, it still concludes at 90 days.
Who is eligible?
