Where to Buy an icoone® Device in the U.S.: Distributor Guide
How to buy icoone® through an authorized U.S. distributor: warranty, i-Tech training, five prices from $58,000 to $89,000, and the 6-step purchase path.

Buying an icoone® in the United States means buying through an authorized i-Tech Industries distributor. That is the whole answer. The channel is what carries manufacturer warranty, the i-Tech training curriculum, software entitlement, genuine handpieces and the launch support — and none of those transfer with a device sourced anywhere else. DNA Distribution is an authorized U.S. distributor of icoone® with icoone® exclusivity in Florida.
What is the difference between authorized and grey-market?
An authorized distributor is contracted by the manufacturer to sell, install, train and support the device in a defined territory. A grey-market unit is a device that reaches a buyer outside that chain: an overseas resale, a closed practice’s inventory, a broker listing. The hardware may look identical. The obligations behind it are not.
Here is what separates the two in practice.
| Authorized purchase | Grey-market or private resale | |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer warranty | Yes, from i-Tech Industries | Usually void or non-transferable |
| Training | Full i-Tech curriculum, certificated | None, or informal handover |
| Software | Licensed, with update path | Often locked to prior owner or unsupported |
| Handpieces | Genuine i-Tech parts, sourced | Whatever came in the crate |
| Installation | Scheduled, on-site | Buyer’s problem |
| 90-Day Launch Program | Included on full-price purchases | Not available |
| Resale value | Documented chain of title | Discounted by the missing paperwork |
The asymmetry matters most on an 11-handpiece robotic platform. Roboderm® handpieces are the working end of the device, and a Robotwin that cannot be replaced through the manufacturer is a room that closes.
What does an authorized distributor actually provide?
Six things, and each of them is a line item you would otherwise buy separately or go without.
Manufacturer warranty. Coverage from i-Tech Industries on a device with documented chain of title, not a verbal assurance from a seller you will never speak to again.
Training on the i-Tech curriculum. Handpiece selection across the 11-piece set, the programme library, Grip 1/2/3 modes, consultation flow and hygiene protocol — delivered to the manufacturer’s standard rather than improvised. The curriculum is described on training.
Software entitlement. A licensed device with an update path, so the programme library you bought is the programme library you keep.
Genuine handpieces and parts. Robosolo, Robotwins, Robomini, Robomicro and its attachments, sourced through the manufacturer. Body sessions use a client body suit, so there are no tips, cartridges or applicators to replace — but handpieces still need a supply chain behind them.
The 90-Day Launch Program. Pay full price and we fund your first 90 days of ads and marketing: $10,000 program value, comprising fully managed marketing and an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. It runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first, and requires Launch Playbook participation. Full-price device purchases only; not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units. Terms sit on launch program.
Territory clarity. DNA Distribution holds icoone® exclusivity in Florida and sells across all 50 states and Canada. Where a market already has a device, you want to know before you sign, not after. See icoone® distributor.
What do the five configurations cost?
| Model | Price | ≈ monthly (60 mo, $0 down, qualified) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| icoone® Microfacial | $58,000 | ≈ $1,269/mo | Facial-led menus and skin clinics |
| icoone® Beauty | $79,000 | ≈ $1,730/mo | Face and body without laser |
| icoone® Laser Beauty | $85,000 | ≈ $1,860/mo | Face and body with 915 nm laser + 650 nm LED |
| icoone® Medical | $87,000 | ≈ $1,904/mo | Clinical and therapy practices, non-laser |
| icoone® Laser-Med | $89,000 | ≈ $1,948/mo | The flagship medical configuration |
Founders’ 25 currently brings the Microfacial to $50,000, ≈ $1,095/mo. Every monthly figure assumes a 60-month equipment term loan, $0 down for qualified buyers, and is subject to applicant and provider approval. Full pricing lives on icoone® cost; the payback arithmetic is on the ROI guide.
One regulatory note belongs with the price list. icoone® Laser Beauty is cleared under FDA 510(k) K182453 and icoone® Laser-Med under K211272, for four labeled indications: relief of minor muscle aches and pain; relief of muscle spasms; temporary improvement of local blood circulation; temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. The non-laser Beauty and Medical configurations and the Microfacial carry no FDA wording.
How does buying actually work?
Six steps, and the order matters.
1. Fit call. Fifteen minutes on your room count, your current menu, your average ticket and who will run the device. This is where a Microfacial-versus-Beauty question usually resolves itself.
2. Configuration selection. Compare the five models against the menu you will actually sell rather than the one you might. Compare the aesthetic range, or start with the face-only Microfacial.
3. Quote and financing application. A written quote with the price, the monthly figure and the term. Financing runs through Brickhouse Financial as a 60-month equipment term loan, $0 down for qualified buyers, around 11.3% APR. Qualification typically means two or more years in business, 670+ credit and $8,000+ in monthly deposits; startups are reviewed case by case. See financing.
4. Approval and order. Approval is usually the pacing item. Once the order is placed, the launch conversation starts immediately — before the crate ships.
5. Delivery, installation and training. Shipping and installation are included on full-price purchases, and training happens on your device in your room.
6. Launch go-live. Marketing goes live, the 90-day clock starts, and an open-house event is supported if you want one.
Why does availability change the calculus?
Fewer than 100 icoone® devices are installed in the United States, against thousands of units from the older endermologie-style category. i-Tech reports 7,000+ centers across 40+ countries — the scarcity is American, not global. In most markets the first icoone® practice is still open, which is the rare situation where being early is worth more than being cheap.
That scarcity also cuts the other way: territory is finite. If you want a straight answer on your market, book a discovery call or start at the icoone® hub. Comparing platforms first? Read icoone® vs endermologie or icoone® vs Cryoskin®.
Questions buyers ask
Where do I buy an icoone® device in the United States?
+
Through an authorized i-Tech Industries distributor. DNA Distribution is an authorized U.S. distributor of icoone® with icoone® exclusivity in Florida, and sells all five configurations nationwide plus Canada. Authorized purchase is what carries manufacturer warranty, the i-Tech training curriculum, software entitlement and genuine handpieces.
What is wrong with buying a used or grey-market icoone®?
+
A device bought outside the authorized channel typically arrives with no transferable manufacturer warranty, no i-Tech training certificate, no software entitlement or update path, and no source for genuine handpieces. Resale value follows the paperwork, and the 90-Day Launch Program applies only to full-price purchases through the authorized channel.
How much does an icoone® device cost?
+
Microfacial $58,000, Beauty $79,000, Laser Beauty $85,000, Medical $87,000 and Laser-Med $89,000. Monthly figures run ≈ $1,269, ≈ $1,730, ≈ $1,860, ≈ $1,904 and ≈ $1,948 on a 60-month equipment term loan at $0 down for qualified buyers, subject to applicant and provider approval.
How long does the purchase process take?
+
Six steps: fit call, configuration selection, quote and financing application, approval and order, delivery with installation and training, then launch go-live. The financing decision is usually the pacing item, and the Launch Playbook onboarding begins before the device lands so marketing is live when the room opens.
How many icoone® devices are installed in the U.S.?
+
Fewer than 100. i-Tech reports 7,000+ centers across 40+ countries worldwide, but U.S. distribution is deliberately narrow, and in most markets the first icoone® practice is still open. Territory questions are worth asking early, because availability is the part of this purchase you cannot manufacture later.
