Cryoskin® Revolution: The Complete Guide for Med Spa Owners

Cryoskin® Revolution installed in a professional spa room

Cryoskin® Revolution is a cryo-thermal aesthetic spa device made in Lyon, France by Cryoskin® Paris, sold in North America exclusively through DNA Distribution in two configurations: the Dynamic wand at $39,990, approximately $875 a month, and the Full Unit with static pads at $59,990, approximately $1,313 a month. This guide covers what it is, what the session is, what comes with it, and what it takes to run one profitably.

What is the device, and what is the session?

The device runs body, skin and facial sessions from an Android touch screen. Sessions last 20–28 minutes and are a relaxing warm-and-cool experience. There are no suction cups. There is no downtime. Skin looks firmer, smoother and more radiant.

Operationally, three details matter to an owner more than anything on the specification sheet. There are no consumables — routine operation uses low-cost conductive gel, so a session has essentially no variable supply cost. The unit is WiFi-enabled with remote diagnostics, which means a fault can be looked at without the device leaving your room. And clients love it and rebook, which is what determines whether a menu slot earns its square footage.

The installed base backs that up: 210+ luxury cruise ships through OneSpaWorld across 21 cruise lines, Harrods in London, House of Elemis in London, and 5,000+ devices in 50+ countries per the manufacturer.

The honest way to choose between them: buy the Dynamic unless the wand is already going to be your bottleneck. The Full Unit costs $438 more a month, and it earns that back only when your schedule is dense enough that a parallel hands-free session actually fills. Practices that start with the Dynamic and add capacity later almost never regret the order; practices that buy throughput before demand sometimes do.

What is actually included?

On full-price device purchases: training, shipping, installation, a two-year device warranty, the 90-Day Launch Program, a dedicated success manager and open-house event support.

That list is the reason the authorized channel matters. A device sourced from a private resale is hardware without the warranty, without the training, without software entitlement, without a supported parts path, and without the launch program — which is available on full-price purchases through the authorized channel only. The buying process, including the difference between an authorized purchase and a grey-market unit, is covered in where to buy a Cryoskin® machine.

What does training cover?

A curriculum, not a handover. Your staff learns session flow across the body, skin and facial menu, consultation structure, hygiene protocol, and how to build a menu and package ladder around the session length. The device is straightforward to run; the part that decides whether a new device fills is the conversation before the session and the rebooking conversation after it, and that is where the training spends its time. See training.

How does the financing work?

Financing runs through Brickhouse Financial as an equipment term loan: 60 months, $0 down for qualified buyers, approximately 11.3 percent APR. Qualification typically means two or more years in business, 670+ credit and $8,000 or more in monthly deposits; startups are reviewed case by case rather than declined outright. Everything is subject to applicant and provider approval, and a monthly figure quoted without its term is not a real number.

Revolution Full Unit$59,990≈ $1,313/mo60 months, $0 down, qualified

Does the arithmetic work?

Run it yourself with one line: (sessions per day × session price × 26 operating days) − monthly payment = monthly contribution before staffing and rent.

At an illustrative $300 session, roughly three sessions a month cover the ≈ $875 payment on the Dynamic; roughly five cover the ≈ $1,313 payment on the Full Unit. Two sessions a day at an illustrative $200 across 26 days is $10,400 in billings, leaving $9,525 of contribution against the Dynamic payment before staffing and rent.

Those are planning figures, illustrative only — not a forecast and not a promise of revenue. Your own numbers depend on your market, your pricing, your booking rate and your staffing. The fuller model, including what packages do to break-even, is in the economics of adding Cryoskin® Revolution and the ROI guide.

What is the 90-Day Launch Program?

Pay full price and we fund your first 90 days of ads and marketing — $10,000 program value, comprising fully managed marketing and an ad budget of up to $2,500 across 90 days. It runs from marketing go-live until 30 booked paying clients or 90 days, whichever comes first, and requires Launch Playbook participation: our pricing, creatives, funnel and same-day lead response. Full-price device purchases only; not combinable with promotions, discounts or demo units.

It promises no outcome, and we do not present it as one. It is a defined commitment of spend and work aimed at the part of a device purchase that actually fails — the first ninety days of the schedule. Terms in full on launch program.

Who buys one, and what should they check?

Med spas, day spas, wellness centers, luxury hotels and resorts, cruise operators and multi-room practices across all 50 states and Canada. The three questions worth asking before you sign:

Does the session length fit your book? A 20–28-minute session is easy to schedule around longer appointments and hard to keep full without a plan — which is what the launch program addresses.

Is your menu built as a ladder? Single session, course, membership. Decide this before you open, not after your first slow week.

Are you buying through the authorized channel? Warranty, training, software, remote diagnostics and the launch program all live there.
